Sinpas Koycegiz

Sinpas Koycegiz is located in Sancaktepe and is constructed by Sinpas Yapi. There are 291 residential units and it is constructed on a 26.000 sqm land area. Sinpas Koycegiz has 13 blocks, which are 5-storey and 15-storey buildings.

Sinpas Koycegiz is built on a village concept, as can be understood from its name. There are various apartment options ranging from 2+1 to 4+1. The apartments in the project are named “Patika Evleri”, “Kir Evleri” and “Asma Bahce Evleri”.

Beyond being a housing project, Koycegiz is proud of offering natural life and city life to its residents at the same time. Sinpas Koycegiz presents a fruit garden and a cafe with a natural life concept developed around a large biological pond, and is located next to Sinpas Yapi’s other projects like Sinpas Kelebekia and Sinpas Lagun.

There are lots of social facilities, which include a fitness center, a sauna, a steam room, children’s playgrounds, resting areas, sports areas, fruit gardens, a village market and square, a pond and a swimming pool.
