Star Port Residence

Star Port Residence is built in the green Kurtkoy region of Istanbul. The district is located on the Anatolian side and it is highly visited for its clean air, green environment and natural aspect. Star Port Residence has a single block of 10 floors and it is designed in the shape of a T. The entire project is reserved for commercial purposes, housing 237 office units and 14 shops. Despite the fact that this is a commercial center, the project enables different kinds of office use, for it presents five different types of units for future clients. The area per unit of these offices ranges between 54 and 228 sqm.

The commercial center also attracts attention due to being very close to the Sabiha Gokcen International Airport. Other advantages of the complex can be listed as a folding-roofed swimming pool, a sauna and Turkish bath, a sunbathing terrace, a prayer room, indoor and outdoor car parks, security staff and a controlled entrance, a cafeteria and restaurant, structural qualities such as a power generator and an elevator, a terrace area within units and built-in white goods. Due to these qualities, the commercial center also attracts the attention of prospective residents who wish to use the units as home-offices.

Pashan Insaat, which is the name behind this project, concluded the construction in mid-2016, and the units were delivered after that.
