Sur Yapi Muhit Sancaktepe

The Sur Yapi Muhit Sancaktepe project of Sur Yapi rises in the Sancaktepe region of Istanbul. The project is built on an 18.316 sqm land area and consists of 7 residential blocks, adding up to 217 residential units. The construction area of the residential complex was equal to 48.000 sqm, which includes the landscape architecture, the social facilities and the common areas as well.
