Tane Villas

Tane Villas is a gated compound of 18 detached villas by Zafer Yapi Insaat in the Samlar neighborhood of Basaksehir, on the European side of Istanbul. It stands on Saklibahce Caddesi north of Kayasehir, with a park along its northern edge. The developer sells its housing under the Tane name and lists Tane Villas as an ongoing project.

The villas come in 5+1 and 6+1 layouts. A 5+1 villa has about 292 sqm gross and a garden of about 91 sqm, and a 6+1 villa has 396 to 411 sqm gross with a garden of about 118 to 171 sqm. Each villa has a basement, a ground floor and an upper floor linked by stairs and a private elevator, with a two-car garage, a staff room, a hobby room and a laundry in the basement. The living room opens onto a terrace and the garden, and the 6+1 villas have four bedrooms upstairs. The developer lists a smart home system, underfloor heating and electric roller shutters, and the compound has landscaped gardens, a children's playground and an entrance with a security booth. The developer gives the drive to Istanbul Airport as 25 minutes.
