Tema Istanbul Bahce

Located in Atakent, Tema Istanbul Bahce is built by Artas Insaat in cooperation with Mesa Mesken Sanayii A.S., Oztas and Kantur & Akdas Ortak Girisim Grubu. It is designed as the 2nd stage of Tema Istanbul, which is the biggest private composite structure in Europe. Tema Istanbul Bahce consists of 10 blocks with 363 units, which are designed as 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1, with areas varying between 79 – 216 sqm. Moreover, thanks to its units with spacious terraces and balconies, Tema Istanbul Bahce offers a high-quality life to its residents.

Within the project, Tema Istanbul Bahce offers various social facilities where the residents can spend their leisure time, such as a sauna, a sun terrace and indoor and outdoor swimming pools for both adults and children. Apart from those, it is also possible to keep in shape thanks to the project’s sports facilities, including a fitness center, a basketball court, a tennis court and a volleyball court. There are also two parking garages, indoor and outdoor, which are allocated to each unit. Moreover, all of these facilities are monitored by security cameras 24/7.

Tema Istanbul Bahce also contains an amusement park named Tema World, whose opening was estimated for 2020. Tema World was planned to offer indoor and outdoor playgrounds, which were to be equipped with the latest technology, and many street festivals and concerts. Moreover, the project was planned to include the newest campus of Bahcesehir College, with a kindergarten, a primary school and an Anatolian and Science and Technology High School, starting classes in 2018.
