Tenet Topkapi Prime

Tenet Topkapi Prime is a residential project by Tenet Insaat in the Topkapi area of Zeytinburnu, on the European side of Istanbul. It is a single L-shaped building of 12 floors on Davutpasa Caddesi, on a plot of 3,791 sqm with 22,174 sqm of construction. It has 167 apartments, six shops at street level and three floors of parking. The building was designed by architect Salih Cikman. The developer had planned handover for October 2025, and in October 2026 it still listed the project among its ongoing works.

The apartments are 1+1 units of about 39 sqm gross and 2+1 units of 60 to 67 sqm, plus two terrace-level 2+1 types of about 80 sqm with a separate kitchen and two bathrooms. Terrace-level apartments come with an allocated terrace and garden, and every apartment has a small storage unit. The shared facilities include an outdoor pool, a gym with a sauna and a steam room, a sky lounge, study and meeting rooms and guest rooms, and the rooftop has a garden with an open-air cinema. The lobby has a concierge around the clock, and a restaurant and cafe face the street.
