Terrace Feri

As the winner of the 2012 “Best Urban Transformation of Turkey and Europe” award, Inanlar Insaat’s Terrace Feri project offers 85 residential units in two blocks named Terrace Feri A and Terrace Feri B. There are 43 different types of apartment units within the project, ranging from 49 sqm – 200 sqm.

Terrace Feri offers its residents comfort above all other aspects of a residence. Some of the services the project provides are an indoor swimming pool, a yoga studio, a fitness center, a sauna, valet parking and a children’s playroom. Located in Ferikoy, Sisli, the project stands out with its closeness to districts like Mecidiyekoy, Nisantasi, Osmanbey and Taksim. Therefore, comfort in reaching the central districts of European Istanbul is highlighted in this project.

Another desirable aspect of the project is the security system. 24/7 security guards and a controlled entrance ensure the residents’ safety in the metropolitan city. Besides, the modern, urban architectural qualities of the project add value to the residence. High-rise culture is not adopted in the Terrace Feri blocks; they consist of 5 floors each.
