Terrace Tema

Terrace Tema, consisting of 2 towers of 30 and 40 floors, contains a wide range of social activities, small details to enhance your quality of life and a great opportunity to meet with comfort. Including the modern bazaar, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, children’s playgrounds, fitness and sauna units, a pet park and multiple courts for different branches of sport, this project offers its customers a brand new living experience. While the grass amphitheater connects you with the world of arts, the barbeque area and woods will help you enjoy your recreational time full of nature.

One of the project’s most prominent features is its 80% green living area. The towers contain 23 different gardens of special design. The walking track aligned next to the green space supports outdoor well-being activities. The winter garden would allow Terrace Tema customers to enjoy the cold days of Istanbul.

The floor gardens opening up to blue skies and floors of 3 meters in height are design solutions to escape from closely spaced urban life. As the winner of the 2012 Residential High-Rise Development Award, Terrace Tema of Inanlar Insaat presents its customers with high-quality architectural and livelihood devices.
