Townofis

Built by Kelesoglu Insaat in Bahcelievler’s Yenibosna region, Townofis is a commercial center with office units and rises as a single-block structure in the middle of the region. The project is known for its short distance to the metrobus, metro stations and the airport. Apart from its locational advantages, Townofis offers many features and services to its prospective customers. These services and features include a cafeteria, a restaurant, an underground parking lot, a storage tank, a power generator, an elevator, a fire escape, a water booster and central heating with allocators installed. Each unit has access to a balcony.

The project is built on a 3.822 sqm land area and there are 96 independent office units within the complex. Kelesoglu Insaat’s project offers commercial units with an area of 60 to 150 sqm in the Townofis project. The reason why the project is named Townofis is that it is in a very central location relative to various urban features of the city. These venues include a hospital, a university, airports and municipality buildings.
