V Yesilada

V Yesilada is a residential project by Isra Holding in Sultangazi, on the European side of Istanbul, sold under the Winvest Project brand. The whole project is planned in three stages on 67,363 sqm. The first stage, V Yesilada Gol, covers 20,759 sqm and has 217 apartments, 28 villas and 9 commercial units.

Apartments in the first stage are 2+1 plans of 121 to 133 sqm, 3+1 plans of 177 to 192 sqm, and 4+1 and 6+1 lofts on the top floors of 204 to 313 sqm, all gross. The villas have their own gardens. The developer says every building stands on seismic isolators and that three quarters of the site is green. It lists an indoor swimming pool, meeting and seminar rooms, a library, children's playrooms and walking paths, with shops at street level. The site is beside the TEM motorway and has forest and lake views.
