Valory Gunesli

Valory Gunesli is a residential project by Yigitoglu Grup in the Baglar neighborhood of Bagcilar, in the Gunesli area on the European side of Istanbul. It was built on 8,025 sqm of land on the Basin Ekspres road and has 216 apartments and 12 commercial units in 2 blocks, which the developer lists at 12 floors. The site faces a Hilton hotel and has a metro entrance inside the project: the developer gives the distance to Mimar Sinan station on the M9 line as 150 m. The 70,000 sqm Ulusal Park is next to it.

The homes range from 1+1 to 4+1, including 3+1 and 4+1 duplexes. The developer gives saleable areas from about 65 sqm for a 1+1 to about 310 sqm for a 4+1 duplex, including balconies and, on the duplexes, terraces. Shared facilities include an indoor swimming pool, a spa, a gym, a pilates studio, a cafe, multipurpose rooms, children's play areas and landscaped gardens with walking paths. There is a reception desk, and each apartment has a space in the closed car park. The developer says the title deeds are ready, and gives the distance to the TEM (E80) highway as 5 km.
