Yali 360

Yali 360 is a residential project by Sega Yapi and Mutlu Insaat in the Fatih neighborhood of Kucukcekmece, on the European side of Istanbul. It stands on the eastern shore of Kucukcekmece Lake, about 50 m from the water according to the developer, between Hatboyu Caddesi and the lakeside park. The project has 472 homes on about 8,000 sqm of land, with 53,000 sqm of construction, in five towers with a ground floor and 14 upper floors and a lower F Block of five floors. Construction began in 2025.

Homes range from 1+1 to 3+1. In the towers, the 2+1 and 3+1 apartments measure about 121.5 and 124.5 sqm gross, each with a balcony, a main bathroom and a shower room off the master bedroom. F Block has smaller 1+1 and 2+1 apartments and, on the top floors, 2+1 and 3+1 duplexes with small roof terraces. Every apartment has underfloor heating with room-by-room control. The towers are set around landscaped courtyards with walking paths, and the developer lists a fitness center, a sauna, a Turkish bath, playgrounds, covered and open-air parking and 24-hour security. The developer says the lake can be seen from almost every apartment.
