Yali Yesilkoy

Located in Yesilkoy, Bakirkoy, which is one of the most established towns in Istanbul, Yali Yesilkoy rises on the coast of Yesilkoy. It is built by Depar Teknik Yapi and consists of 6 units: 2 garden duplexes, 2 mezzanine duplexes and 2 roof duplexes. Those units are designed as 3+1 and 5+2, with 155 sqm and 255 sqm respectively, and they are perfectly suitable for both singles and families with children. Thanks to its beachfront location, Yali Yesilkoy also offers the enjoyment of the sea view.

Yali Yesilkoy is designed by CM Architecture, which is an award-winning architecture office, and Shape Architecture within the concept of a boutique house. The building, which served as the Bezmen Family’s mansion, is redecorated and equipped with a smart home system and technologies. In the interior design of the project, high-quality products and brands such as Miele and Berker are preferred. In particular, the ‘jaluzi’ is used as siding so that the view can be seen even when the shutters are closed. Moreover, each unit has its own balcony and terrace. The project also offers facilities such as a sun terrace, a parking garage, and outdoor swimming pools for both adults and children, which are monitored by security cameras.

Yali Yesilkoy also attracts the residents’ attention thanks to its close proximity to central places. It is 9 minutes away from Acibadem Bakirkoy Hospital. Moreover, being 15 minutes away from Bakirkoy Pier, the project makes it possible to use ferries and sea buses. It is also 8 minutes away from Galleria Shopping Center and 12 minutes away from Kennedy Avenue.
