Yalin Evler

Yalin Evler is completed by a consortium of Kelesoglu Insaat and Zilal Insaat in Gokturk which is located in the European side of Istanbul. The project is designed by Architect Ahmet Alatas. Thanks to wooden shell which acts as also climate shell in its design, the solar energy can be used for 4 – season. Moreover, the project shines with the combination of the glass and the steel in its exterior design.

There are 146 residential units have different sizes for all kind of needs and also 10 commercial units. Especially, some of the apartments have options to be duplex or to be garden-storey. In addition to this wide variety apartment options, all of the apartments have private depots.

The social facilities for residents are outdoor swimming pool, enclosed parking lots, sauna, fitness center, meeting rooms, playgrounds and lobby cafe. It is equipped with security cameras which operate for 24/7. The rental fees in the project start from 1500 Turkish Liras.

The project appeals to people who want to live in not far away from the city but away from the noise of the city. 25% of the apartments are bought by foreign investors and the project has 35% of the premium rate up to now.
