Yasemin Evleri

Yasemin Evleri, which is located in Beylikduzu/Kavakli Mahallesi, one of the fast-developing regions in Istanbul, was completed by Balkaya Insaat. Thanks to its location, Yasemin Evleri has a beautiful view of the Sea of Marmara.

Yasemin Evleri, which has low-rise architecture, has both commercial and residential units. It has 84 ultra-comfortable residential units ranging from 2 + 1 to 5 + 2. There are 17 commercial units, 11 of which have a mezzanine, on the facades facing the street. The commercial units have different alternatives ranging from 38 m2 to 825 m2.

The generator system in Yasemin Evleri is designed to provide the uninterrupted continuation of life in both the common areas and all apartments against unexpected power cuts. The landscape of the project consists of jasmine flowers, which are the source of the project's name.

There is a swimming pool, a sauna and a fitness room including dressing rooms for both men and women. All apartments are also equipped with an infrastructure system for telephone, television and high-speed internet, which enables residents to use encrypted and cable TV broadcasts from the central satellite system.

The residents can leave their cars in the enclosed car park, which is located in the basement of the building and has direct access to the apartments. The compound is equipped with a security camera system. For safety, the floor halls, common areas and parking areas in the building are equipped with a fire extinguishing system.
