Yesilce Aydos

Yesilce Aydos is a residential project based in the Pendik district of Istanbul. The project is owned by KIPTAS, and there are 331 units available in the project for residence. The area of the units is between 83 – 130 sqm, and there are two types of apartment units in the project, which are the 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom types. The units were scheduled for delivery in June 2020.

Some of the residential features presented in the project are a children’s playground, a gazebo, green living space, a recreational green area and security watch. The residential project mainly targets families with children. Apart from these, CCTV monitoring, a controlled entrance and an underground car park are the other safety-related measures taken in the project.

The units in the project include a storage tank, a water boosting system, power generators and an elevator as well as a central heating system and heat cost allocators. That’s why the designers/architects present the project as the ultimate place where the resident only has to bring in their own stuff and the move would be completed.
