The 1stanbul project of DPTU Ortak Girisim Grubu is located in Istanbul’s Ispartakule region, on the European side. The Bahcesehir district, which houses this grand project, is a newly emerging center of residential living and has also become a working center lately. Hence the project of DPTU, 1stanbul, is situated in a very advantageous location.

The residential complex consists of 1.188 residential units, which are laid out on a 90.000 sqm land area. There are 4 different types of units available for the future residents of 1stanbul, which vary according to the number of bedrooms. The estimated sqm range per unit is 58 – 215 sqm.
