3. Istanbul Grand Rezidans

As one of the biggest housing projects in Basaksehir, 3. Istanbul Grand Rezidans is a highly remarkable project by ASAF. ASAF is a collaboration of four major companies: Al Zamil, Seha Yapi, Adesa and Fuzul Grup. The project includes three main parts and 140 units. There are different unit types with areas from 76 to 252 sqm. While 86 of the units are 1+1, 54 of them are 2+1. The huge terraces in the project are highly remarkable.

Basaksehir has recently become one of the most central districts on the European side of Istanbul. There are hospitals, high schools, primary schools, stores and shopping malls located nearby. In addition, thanks to Metrokent Metro Station next to the project, the project is easily reachable via public transportation options. Also, the E-80 Highway located right next to the project makes it very easy to drive to the project location from both the European and Asian sides of Istanbul. There are numerous bus lines running on the highway as well. By road, Istanbul Airport is about 26 km away.

There are numerous social facilities designed for the project, such as swimming pools, a spa, sports centers, walking tracks, hobby rooms, playgrounds, a botanic garden, a health center and so on. At the same time, the project area has a full-time security control service.
