Adres Koru Evleri

Adres Koru Evleri is a residential project of Bayraktar Insaat that rises in Sancaktepe. The project consists of 9 blocks that add up to 312 residential and 37 commercial units, which were scheduled for delivery to residents starting from April 2018. The units in the project differ both in size and according to the needs of clients. Different residence options are available in Adres Koru Evleri, with unit types varying from 2+1 to 3+1.

Adres Koru Evleri is built on firm, rocky terrain, which is a significant feature bearing in mind Istanbul’s position regarding earthquakes. The project takes its name from the coppice, waterfall and peaceful environment inherent to Adres Koru Evleri. Hence, families that look forward to living in this natural, peaceful residential area would be thrilled to meet this project.

Some other facilities and services of the project are as follows: a cafeteria, sports courts, an indoor swimming pool and wellness units like a sauna, steam room and Turkish bath, walking tracks, a playground, 37 shops, 8 concierge units that are provided by the site management, reasonable service charges per unit, a car park, a large amount of green space and special storage space for each residential unit.
