ARY Mevsim Sancaktepe is located in Sancaktepe, which is one of the fastest developing areas of Istanbul. It is built by ARY Yapi on a 7.255 sqm area and consists of 3 blocks including 100 units, which are designed as 2+1 and 3+1. The 2+1 units’ gross areas are 90-91-97-98-107 and 112, whereas the 3+1 units’ gross areas are 101-125-128-133 and 138. Moreover, the front side of the project that is located on the main road is designed to be used as commercial units.
