Agaoglu Central Park

Agaoglu Central Park, which is a project by Agaoglu Insaat, was started in Bakirkoy, a new urban center for the European side of Istanbul. The residential project encompasses a total land area of 45.500 sqm, which presents a vast living environment for the residents. The project was planned with 1.155 residential units and 12 villas. Construction was halted by court decisions in 2013 and again in 2016. The green living space attracts the attention of prospective clients. The types of residential units available for residents’ use vary from 1+1 to 6+1, also differing in their area per unit.

The project’s concept is New York’s “Central Park.” Agaoglu Insaat tries to interpret this concept within Istanbul. The residential project was to offer many exclusive facilities and amenities along with many services for the residents. For instance, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a fitness center, a Pilates-Yoga studio, a children’s playground and daycare center, a game room, a disco room, a cinema room, an arts atelier, walking and cycling tracks, sports courts and playrooms for children were planned for Agaoglu Central Park. In that respect, the project mainly tries to target families with children as its clients. Agaoglu Insaat’s metropolitan landscape residential design meets natural elements to form this project.
