Covering a total land area of 13.072 sqm, it rises as 3 blocks of colossal structure. Holding 254 residential units within, it also houses a great variety of apartment types. In total, the project occupies 57.441 sqm of land, which points to the vast availability of social facilities and the extra use of recreational area for the comfort of the residents.

Built through the cooperation of Biskon Yapi, Kiler GYO and Halk GYO, the project stands out as a spectacular residential structure. The sqm area per unit ranges between 43 and 257. Among the social advantages of the project, a Turkish bath, a sauna, an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center, a cafeteria, and floor gardens accompanied by regular park and garden areas are available. Another of the most compelling advantages of Referans Bakirkoy is its closeness to means of public transportation such as Marmaray, IETT buses, metro and metrobus lines.

The use of green living space is highly emphasized in Referans Bakirkoy. The presence of floor gardens and other green recreational spaces points to the project’s merging of nature with urban city life. Hence, the project presents its prospective customers with a blend of both worlds.
