Agaoglu My New Work

One of Agaoglu Insaat’s most recent projects, Agaoglu My New Work, is located in the Atasehir district on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. Atasehir is regarded as one of the most work-related, commercial centers of Istanbul, which contains various plazas, towers and other commercial projects. The project, besides its professional office area, also incorporates an entertainment center. The entire project is laid out on a 10 thousand sqm land area, although it offers 113 thousand sqm of living space, and it rises as a single block with 21 floors. Hence, the high-rise structure also incorporates an exterior design that fits the modern architectural qualities of commercial centers known worldwide.

Agaoglu Insaat’s project includes 200 commercial units and the entertainment center. Besides these two purposes, the facilities in the project are designed for the well-being of the clients. These can be listed as a restaurant, a café, underground and outdoor parking lots, a children’s playground, a fitness center, a sauna, lobby and reception areas and a security point with personnel available 24/7.

The units in the project are equipped with central heating, central air conditioning and heat cost allocators. There are also a power generator, a storage tank and a water booster system in the project.
