Albayrak Esenler Rezidans Projesi was announced in 2017 by Albayrak Group for a site behind Tekstilkent in Esenler, beside the TEM Highway. It was planned together with a shopping mall: 772 residences and a mall with 130 stores, on a 21.258 sqm land area with a 216.000 sqm construction area. The apartment types were to be 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1: 207 1+1 apartments, 315 2+1 apartments, 190 3+1 apartments and 60 4+1 apartments. Completion had been scheduled for December 2020, and 2.316 people were expected to live in the settlement. No sales launch or construction is known to have followed the announcement.
A CED Report was obtained for the building, and the plans took the earthquake and insulation regulations into account.
