Esenler Emlak Konutlari

Located in Esenler, Esenler Emlak Konutlari is built by Emlak Konut GYO in cooperation with Eskon A.S. and Esenler Municipality and prepared according to the criteria of the contracts signed by the municipality and the beneficiaries. Moreover, the project is divided into a finance part and a beneficiaries part. It consists of 2.373 units and 55 commercial units; however, 1.403 units and 32 commercial units are allocated to beneficiaries, whereas 970 units and 23 commercial units were put on sale. The units are designed in different types: 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1. 1+1 units are built as 62 – 73 sqm and 2+1 units are 105 – 123 sqm, while 3+1 units are 135 – 172 sqm and 4+1 units are 193 sqm. Furthermore, the motifs of Seljuk architecture are applied in the interior design of each unit.

The commercial units, which are designed independently of the residential units, are designed in such a way that the residents can meet their needs. The roads of the project are clearly defined by locating each block on small islands which create yards. Those yards are used as playgrounds, walking tracks and resting areas. Moreover, there are parking garages which are located under those yards.

Esenler Emlak Konutlari is about 37 km from Istanbul Airport by road. It is 17 min and 6 minutes away from Vialand Amusement Park and Istanbul Sea Life Aquarium, which can be the best places in Istanbul for spending time with the family. It is also 10 minutes away from Medipol Mega University Hospital via the O3 South highway and 17 minutes away from Bagcilar Research and Training Hospital.
