AND Pastel

AND Pastel, with its aim of combining modern life with the value of sincere relationships within the neighborhood, brings a new understanding of neighborhood. This sincerity will allow you to raise your children in a safe and warmhearted environment. The square, while bringing back your memories from childhood, will be a gathering point for enjoying social life. As well as the outdoor areas, you may also enjoy peace in the areas created within the garden for spending time on your own.

Natural beauty accompanies this beautiful living space. Thanks to the collaboration with Komsukoy, the houses in the green block will enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables, which are freshly picked and delivered to the houses once a month. You may take care of your social needs in the self-improvement rooms and organize events in the event rooms. Organic gardens will bring back the joy of nature.

For indoor activities, you may prefer spending time at the Turkish bath, sauna and indoor swimming pool. For sports activities, you also have several options: golf, squash, fitness and walking on specially designed walking tracks. This space, which has won a lot of national and international awards, is a good investment if you also consider the ease of transportation.
