Peron Istanbul

Peron Istanbul is a residential project on the coast of Kartal, on the Asian side of Istanbul, on land owned by Eczacibasi Holding. A joint venture of Betacons and TYM is building it. The first phase covers a plot of 42,319 sqm between the coastal Ankara Caddesi and the Marmaray line, next to Yunus station, and has 666 apartments and 23 commercial units in four towers, each with 24 floors above the ground floor. A second, mixed-use phase is planned on the former Eczacibasi industrial site across the railway. Handover of the first phase is planned for December 2027.

The apartments are 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1, from about 113 sqm gross, and every published plan has two bathrooms and a balcony. Ground-floor apartments have paved terraces in front. The developer says six of the seven apartments on each floor face the sea and the Princes' Islands. About 65% of the site is landscaped, and the social facilities include an outdoor pool, four indoor pools, gyms, saunas, Turkish baths and sports courts. There are 1,245 parking spaces. The developer gives the drive to Sabiha Gokcen Airport as about 20 minutes.
