Atasehir Buz Residence

Atasehir Buz Residence is located in the Atasehir district of Istanbul and is situated at the center of the commercial area full of workplaces, high-rise residential structures and plazas. Buz Residence consists of a single-block structure with 28 floors and is regarded as one of the few high-rise residences in the region. There are 115 residential units with 1, 2 and 3-bedroom options available. The unique design of the exterior and interior architecture attracts the attention of passers-by and investors as well as potential clients.

The increased demand for the residence is due to the social facilities, because the residence, although located at the heart of the Anatolian side, provides an escape from the urban environment of the city. An outdoor swimming pool for adults and children, a playground, a sauna and fitness center, a restaurant and gazebos, an underground parking lot and lastly a recreational terrace that can also be used for sunbathing purposes are only some of the features of this project.

The security personnel are on duty 24 hours a day; they ensure controlled entrance for pedestrians and vehicles to the residential compound. The units include central heating, terraces and built-in white goods at the time of delivery.
