Atasehir Skymark was announced in 2017 by AC Yapi for an 8.873 sqm site in Atasehir. It was planned as a tower with 813 flats and 10 commercial units, with an outdoor swimming pool, a swimming pool for kids, playgrounds for children and 24-hour security with cameras. Construction was to start in 2017 and delivery had been planned for the end of 2019. No sales launch or construction is known to have followed the announcement.
The site is in a part of Atasehir that has grown into a new living and trading center.
