Aydos Land

One of MS Mega Insaat’s most recent projects rises near Aydos Forest on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. The project is called Aydos Land, and its sales were scheduled to start in December 2019. The Aydos Land project includes 600 residential units, also accompanied by a number of commercial units which are used as stores and form a shopping center. There are 4 different types of residential options available for the prospective residents of the project, with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms.

The area per unit ranges between 77 and 162 sqm. The whole project is built on a land area of more than 38 thousand sqm. The reason behind this is that there are various different groups of social facilities to address residents with different desires and needs. These include, but are not limited to, an outdoor swimming pool along with a children’s swimming pool and children’s recreational parks, a fitness center, a shopping center, a café and restaurants, a sunbathing terrace and underground / outdoor parking lots, a basketball court and walking tracks.

The security of the future residents of Aydos Land is ensured by 24/7 security personnel and CCTV surveillance. The vehicles and pedestrians that wish to enter the site are also checked and confirmed at the entrance.
