Farilya Asia

Farilya Asia is a residential project located in the Pendik region of Istanbul’s Anatolian side. The project is owned by Ufuk Mesken Insaat and includes 330 residential units built on a 13.000 sqm land area. The project offers 5 different types of residential units, varying according to their number of bedrooms. The estimated delivery date of the project was August 2018.

Some of the residential services and social facilities present in the project are children’s play areas, including parks within the green living space. Cafeteria and restaurant spaces, a walking track, recreational ponds, security staff and CCTV surveillance are some of the other services in Farilya Asia.

The structural services can be specified as a storage tank, a water boosting system, an elevator and a power generator. The units are equipped with central heating, heat cost allocators and a balcony option. The units also have a view of the Marmara Sea and the islands. The location of the project is very near the airport on the Anatolian side as well as the university hospital.
