Bahceada Bahcesehir

Bahceada Bahcesehir is a residential and commercial project by Ege Yapi in the Orhan Gazi neighborhood of Esenyurt, on the European side of Istanbul, beside the TEM motorway on the western edge of Bahcesehir. It stands on a 67,218 sqm site with about 295,237 sqm of construction, and has 2,455 homes and 16 commercial units in 16 blocks: eight towers of up to 27 floors and eight lower L-shaped blocks around open courtyards. The project is being built in four stages, and the developer plans the first handovers for December 2027.

The homes range from studios of about 47 to 53 sqm gross to 1+1 apartments of 66 to 91 sqm, 2+1 apartments of 95 to 157 sqm and 3+1 apartments of 161 to 196 sqm. Every plan has a balcony, and the larger 2+1 and the 3+1 plans have a separate kitchen and a second, en suite bathroom. Shared facilities include a fitness center, two outdoor swimming pools and a children's pool, a basketball court, playgrounds, a nursery and a 1.25 km walking trail through landscaped courtyards. The developer gives the drive to the TEM motorway as 1 minute and to Istanbul Airport as 30 minutes.
