Bahcetepe Istanbul

Bahcetepe Istanbul is built with the cooperation of Makro Insaat and Ak Yapi in Basaksehir. The project is comprised of 1476 flats on an 81,910 sqm area. The flats range from 62 sqm to 247 sqm, with options from 1+1 to 5+1. There are two different parts in the project, named Bahcetepe Kuleler and Bahcetepe Aile Baglari. With its wide area, Bahcetepe Istanbul provides everything you need: restaurants, fast food, cafes, housekeeping, valet service and dry cleaning. The project also has features that make it more luxurious, like 2 indoor pools, a parking garage with access to the apartment, a hairdresser, and comfortable and wide sports areas. The residents can enjoy any of the sports activities with volleyball, basketball and soccer fields, a tennis court and a walking track. For relaxing activities, there are different options such as a Turkish bath and a Finnish sauna. In the houses, there are air conditioners, natural gas, technical service, satellite TV infrastructure, central cable TV and Wi-Fi.

Security will no longer be a problem either. There are steel doors, and 24-hour security and security cameras are also there to ensure that the site is safe.
