Bakirci Zenit Topkapi is a residential and commercial project by Bakirci GYO, built by Bakirci Yapi, in the Maltepe neighborhood of Zeytinburnu, in the Topkapi area on the European side of Istanbul. It has 364 homes, 72 offices and 26 shops on 15,874 sqm of land on Gumussuyu Caddesi. The residential blocks have 9 or 10 floors above the ground floor, and the buildings stand on seismic isolators of the Japanese Menshin type, which the developer describes as a first for Topkapi. Construction is under way and delivery is planned for 2028.
Homes range from 1+1 to 4+1, including 3+1 duplexes with a terrace on the ground and first floors. In the catalogue, gross sizes run from about 70 sqm for a 1+1 to about 239 sqm for a 4+1, and net ceiling height is 3 meters. About 40 percent of the site, 6,788 sqm, is landscaped, with a children's playground, a basketball court and a fitness area, and the developer's project page also lists a swimming pool. Parking is covered, with cameras and security staff on duty around the clock. The developer gives the drive to the E-5 highway as 4 minutes and to Koc University Hospital as 5 minutes.
