Balance Gunesli

Balance Gunesli is a project by Balance Gayrimenkul and it is designed for both residential and commercial purposes. Balance Gunesli is in Bagcilar/Gunesli and is spread over an area of 17.000 sqm. The project includes different types of offices such as plaza offices, street offices, home offices and loft offices. There are 301 units in total: 118 of them are reserved as plaza and street offices, 140 of them are home and loft offices and the remaining 43 units serve as stores.

The target customers of this project are young people and businessmen who are running their businesses in the region. Balance Gunesli offers many social facilities such as a gym center, pilates, a steam room, a music room, a mini movie theater, etc. Another facility Balance Gunesli offers is “Life Street”, where you can find stores for your daily needs. Other than these facilities, the project offers many restaurants and cafes.

Balance Gunesli is located on Basin Ekspres Street, which is seen as the emerging commerce center of Istanbul. Being near the TEM and E-5 roads is another advantage of its location.
