Balkon Istanbul

The Balkon Istanbul project was built by Mak Group in Kartal – Yakacik. It consists of 3 stages; the first stage has 7.800 sqm of land area and 2.000 sqm of green area. The size of the apartments varies between 120 sqm and 140 sqm.
