The project has flats with sizes ranging from 98 sqm to 235 sqm and all have a vast view of the valley. The flats have balconies, which will let you watch this wonderful, satisfying landscape. The flats are designed to provide comfort for the residents, and the facilities are designed to meet any needs that they may have. The houses have smart house technology and are equipped with built-in white goods, and they have wide, comfortable kitchens and comfy living rooms. There are playgrounds for children outside. Different activities are at the service of the residents: for sports activities, the fitness center can be used; for a more relaxing activity, the sauna and Turkish bath will give a healthy, relaxing feeling. The security works 24/7.
