Basaksehir Ticarethane

Basaksehir Ticarethane is a commercial project by Akyapi in the Kayabasi neighborhood of Basaksehir, on the European side of Istanbul. It is a single block of 135 workshop units on 16,156 sqm of land, with 54,175 sqm of construction, designed for production, storage, logistics, technical service and showroom use. The developer places it near the Ikitelli Organized Industrial Zone, with access to the main roads and metro lines.

The units have gross areas from about 33 sqm to about 532 sqm, and neighboring units can be joined into larger spaces. Ramps run to every floor, so trucks can reach each level through its own entrance, and wide circulation areas and column spacing leave room to maneuver. The developer's catalogue gives a floor height of 7 meters. Each workshop has its own service shaft, and the building has a high-capacity electrical supply, a generator, a shelter, a prayer room, storage space and solar panels for the common areas. There is parking inside the building, with CCTV and security staff at the entrances. The developer gives the distance to Istanbul Airport as about 30 km and to the E80 highway as about 15 km.
