Emlak Konut Vadi Panorama Evleri is a residential project by Emlak Konut GYO in the Kayabasi neighborhood of Basaksehir, on the European side of Istanbul. It will have 268 homes and 26 shops in 20 blocks on a 29,916 sqm plot: four towers of 14 stories above ground with shops at street level, four low-rise apartment blocks of 2 to 5 stories and 12 detached villas. The developer places the site between the Kayasehir Millet Bahcesi public garden and the Samlar nature park. Building permits were issued in February 2025 and construction is under way.

The mix is 48 2+1, 112 3+1, 90 4+1 and 18 5+1 homes. On the published floor plans, gross areas run from about 126 sqm for a 2+1 to about 251 sqm for a 5+1 apartment, and a 5+1 villa has about 268 sqm, a garden and a basement garage for 2 cars. Some flats have gardens or large terraces. The developer lists swimming pools, sports and play areas and landscaped gardens, and fits every home with a smart home system, underfloor heating and a small hamam in the bathroom. A contractor group that includes Binbay Yapi is building the project under a revenue-sharing contract.
