Basaktepe Evleri

The Basaktepe Evleri project is completed in one of the most famous districts of Istanbul, Basaksehir. The project is spread over a 7.500 sqm area with 80 units. All the flats in this project are designed as 3+1 with an area of 118 sqm. The project is especially in demand because of its social facilities and outstanding features. There is an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, basketball and volleyball courts, a fitness center, walking tracks and so on. For children, there are playgrounds. More than you and your family need! The project area is designed nicely with gazebos to provide a peaceful and natural area for the residents. There are also a parking garage and parking lots. Besides these features, the interiors of the houses are also designed to provide the most comfort for families. The flats have their own balconies. The security works 24 hours with cameras. As the location is very advantageous, being close to schools, hospitals and many main points of Istanbul, the residents will not regret choosing Basaktepe Evleri.
