Benesta Basin Ekspres was announced in 2017 by Esta Insaat, which carries out many comprehensive projects abroad, as its first project in Turkey. It was planned as a composite single block with 15 floors + ground on a 5.344 sqm area in Kucukcekmece, with 243 units designed as 1+0 and 1+1, 29 offices and 10 commercial units. The gross area of the units was to vary between 36 – 76 sqm and that of the offices between 19 – 69 sqm. Pre-registrations were collected, but no construction is known to have followed.
The project took its name from the road it was planned on, which is one of the most important transportation roads of Istanbul. From the site, it takes 13 mins by car to get to Kucukcekmece Lake, 4 mins to Arena Park Shopping Center via Halkali – Ikitelli Avenue and 9 mins to Mall of Istanbul Shopping Center. Medipol Mega University Hospital and Medicine Hospital are 15 mins and 13 mins away via Mahmutbey Avenue.
