Bizim Evler 6 Metro

Located in Ispartakule, which is a spot increasing in value, Bizim Evler 6 Metro is built by Ihlas Yapi as a continuation of Bizim Evler 6. Bizim Evler 6 Metro, which is the biggest project in the neighborhood, consists of 454 residential units and 47 shops. The residential units are designed as 2+1 units with a 116 – 127 sqm area, 3+1 units with a 159 – 202 sqm area, 4+1 units with a 217 sqm area and 5+1 units with a 304 sqm area. These social facilities include an indoor swimming pool, playgrounds, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a fitness center, a spa, a shopping center, a kindergarten, a school, a cinema and two parking garages. Apart from these, the project also offers facilities to sports lovers with its football, basketball and tennis courts and walking tracks. Moreover, each unit is designed with built-in white appliances, a central heating system, a master bathroom, a changing room and a balcony.

Bizim Evler 6 Metro is located right next to the E80 highway. Built in the neighborhood of other Bizim Evler sites, the project is 7 min away from Bahcesehir Golet Park. It is 8 min away from Akbati Shopping Center and Aqua Dolphin Center via the Avrupa highway. It is also 11 min away from Istanbul Saglik Bilimleri University Kanuni Sultan Suleyman Training and Research Hospital.
