Bostanci Deluxe

Bostanci Deluxe, which is the first project of Yapien Insaat in Istanbul, is located in Bostanci, Kadikoy. It is also built on 2.200 sqm and consists of 61 units in total: 1+1, which is perfectly suitable for residents who live alone, and 3+1 and 4+1 for families with children. However, it also offers the opportunity to transform its 3+1 units into 2+1 according to the needs of the residents. The area of those units ranges between 94 and 209 sqm. The entire project consists of a single block with 15 floors and the flats are on sale from the 11th floor. Moreover, the flats on the 11th floor and above have a view of the Sea of Marmara and the Islands, and 70% of the project is reserved for green areas. Therefore, the residents can enjoy their views while they are sipping coffee at home. Being on the transportation network and 5 mins away from Bostanci Pier, it gives its residents who enjoy spending time in the fresh air a chance for weekend walks. While located on the coast, Bostanci Deluxe is 2 mins away from the metro and the minibus route and 3 mins away from the E-5 highway. Moreover, since it is 13 mins away from Bagdat Avenue, Bostanci Deluxe also offers an elegant life for its residents. Nowadays, Yapien Insaat is collecting advance demand for its limited number of flats.
