Sakiz Agaci Konutlari

Sakiz Agaci Konutlari is a residential project based in the Bostanci district on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. The project incorporates 41 residential units built upon a 3.000 sqm land area. The area per unit of these 41 units ranges between 86 and 397 sqm. The project, which is built by Haldiz Insaat, aims to connect the natural landscape of the project’s extended green living space with the central and urban location of the district it is located in.

Some of the structural elements the residents may benefit from in this project are an elevator, a fire escape, a lobby area, built-in white goods within the units, an ensuite bathroom and a wardrobe room in the master bedroom, and the smart building features.

Other residential features include an outdoor swimming pool, a sunbathing terrace around the swimming pool, a poolside area, a recreational pond, an outdoor car park and a security checkpoint which controls the entrances to the residential area.
