Burc Sitesi

Burc Sitesi is located in Kadikoy’s Feneryolu neighborhood. The owner of the residential project is Cakirkaya Yapi. The 3500 sqm land area has been used by the project to build up 52 residential units. This boutique project involves two types of units which are 4+1 and 6+2 types. The units were scheduled for delivery in August 2018.

Some of the social facilities offered to residents in Burc Sitesi are children’s playground, CCTV watch and security guard, walking track, elevator, view of the sea and underground parking lot.
