Buyuk Konak Residence

Buyuk Konak Residence is built by ASCE & Kiral Yapi. The residential complex is built on a 3.600 sqm land area. Buyuk Konak Residence consists of two blocks, one of which is a high-rise tower with 21 floors and the other a regular apartment-size structure with 10 floors. There are 67 residential units within the residential complex in total. The residences vary in size according to their number of bedrooms, which ranges between 2 bedrooms and 4 bedrooms. The area per unit is between 98 and 199 sqm.

The project is based in Kadikoy’s Tevfikpasa region. The delivery date of these units was set as March 2018.
