Buyukyali Istanbul

The project, Buyukyali Istanbul, has a slogan “4 Neighborhoods, 1 Town” and it has the highest revenue-shared real estate contract of the republic history. It was constructed on a 111.000 sqm area planned as a seaside town, integrated with the sea by a marina and sea shuttles. The architecture of the project is Chapman Taylor which has more than 200 international awards.

Buyukyali Istanbul promises full of life by lush gardens where children can play freely, by exclusive restaurants and by its neighboring position to the Historical Peninsula. There will be lively and colorful squares that the residents easily reach on foot will contain many social and artistic activities. Thanks to people-oriented design, the height of the buildings is planned with the silhouette decisions that will not harm the view of the Historical Peninsula.

The historical places once operated as a military tank maintenance workshop which have been shut down for 100 years will be restorated and re-valued as culture-art center, exhibition areas, children club, food courts and fashion-art workshops. The historical buildings that will bring the urban texture of Istanbul to the Buyukyali will become a part of everyday life by reviving cultural and social activities.
