Camlik 18

Constructed by Mika Insaat in Cekmekoy, the Camlik 18 Project consists of 18 units. This gives the project its name as well. The project is located on a 720 square-meter land area overall. While there are 18 units in the project, as mentioned before, the unit types may differ from each other with respect to architectural design and square-meter area. For instance, there are 2+0 or 2+1 unit types available in the project.

Cekmekoy is among the recently appreciated neighborhoods on the Asian side of Istanbul. Quite far from the chaos and noise of crowded city life, the residents may enjoy the peaceful environment in Cekmekoy, while there are some stores, schools, hospitals and universities located nearby as well. On the other hand, it is quite easy to reach the center, since it takes only 15 minutes to drive from the project to Kadikoy. Sabiha Gokcen International Airport is also located only 20 minutes away from the project.
