Maniero Omerli by Huzzak

Maniero Omerli by Huzzak is a residential project by Huzzak Yapi in the Kocullu neighborhood of Cekmekoy, close to Omerli, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It has 20 mansions, built as 10 blocks of two homes each around a central garden, in the forests of northern Istanbul. Huzzak is building a separate villa project, Maniero Omerli Premium, a short distance away.

Each mansion has three levels, a garden floor, a ground floor and a terrace floor, and its own private garden. The developer's catalogue gives the mansions as 500 to 650 sqm, a figure that counts the gardens, terraces and each home's share of the social building. Outside there are landscaped gardens with ornamental pools, gazebos, walking paths, children's playgrounds and a small basketball and football court. The indoor social building holds a swimming pool, a fitness center and rest areas.
