Cennet Koru

Cennet Koru is located in the Kucukcekmece region of Istanbul’s European side. The project’s owner and constructor is Kelesoglu Holding. Kucukcekmece is known for its lake area. Therefore, the region combines urban centrality with natural landscape.

The project contains 408 residential units built on a 30.328 sqm land area. The area per unit of these residential units ranges between 93 and 243 sqm. There are four different types of residence options in the project, which have 1 bedroom, 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and 5 bedrooms. Kelesoglu Holding’s project addresses a wide spectrum of prospective residents due to its varying residence options.

Some of the features inherent to the Cennet Koru project are an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor swimming pool, a children’s playground, fitness center and sauna quarters, an underground parking lot and a lake area. The security measures taken in the project include camera monitoring, controlled pedestrian and vehicle entrance and trained security personnel.
